SP Mongolia LLC is a majority Mongolian owned JV company formed with Shanghai Purethy Environmental Co., Ltd. 

With the strong local knowledge and industrial exposure of the company’s founder, coupled with Shanghai Purethy Environmental Co., Ltd.’s experience, expertise and wide supply base in China and oversea, SP Mongolia LLC will forge ahead to be one of the major player for the supply of various commodities to the mining industry in Mongolia. 

SP Mongolia LLC is currently the exclusive distributor for the full range of Shanghai Purethy Environmental Co., Ltd. of which has been an Oyu Tolgoi LLC supplier for the last 8 years, and also exclusive agent for US ITT valves which has supplied to Ednert Mining Company in the year of 2011.

Our future strategic plans includes widening our scope of supply by acquiring various product agencies and also building of plants located in the Southern Gobi area, with the intention of servicing the customers in that area such as Oyu Tolgoi, MAK, Energy Resources, etc.
